You may cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before the product ships.

Post-Delivery Guarantee
We offer a one-time money-back guarantee per customer on your first purchase, subject to the following conditions: (1) Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. (2) Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less shipping charges and applicable shipping taxes. (3) This guarantee is limited to one 30-count stick pack box per customer, per lifetime. Once used, you are not eligible for future money-back requests.

Edge Cases
For issues outside this policy (such as damaged or lost shipments), our Customer Care team will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

Right to Refuse
YRBA reserves the right to deny any refund request if we believe, in good faith, that the policy is being misused.
